Former US President Bill Clinton with school children affected by the tsunami at Thalanguda in Cuddalore, some 168 kms south of Chennai, December 1. Clinton visited the tsunami-affected region in his capacity of the UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy for Tsunami Recovery, and reviewed recovery efforts.
